- Lick of paint and some quick repairs will go a long way to help your home stand out. If you have a Pet or are a Smoker (well, you know what’s coming), you smell !
- Your home should always be ready for showings. Clean home, lights on, soft music, toilet seats down, drapes open.
If it is broke…fix it. If it is worn or tired…fix it.
It really will pay you back if you can fix up a lot of the smaller issues that can all add up in the buyers’ mind when they find them all.
